Hard Money Loans Hard Money Loans rely on the underlying collateral, usually real estate, for valuing the loan amount for non-conforming borrowers or projects. Binnacle relies on its due diligence as well as strategic partners to understand a situation in order to advance money that is otherwise difficult to obtain.
Debtor-in-Possession (DIP) Loans DIP Financing historically comes from the existing first lien holder for a bankrupt entity. We step in when that first or, in some cases, even second lien holder does not.
